Starting Monday, September 1, 2025, the 2026 Hobonichi Techo Planner will be available at select A&S stores and on A&S ONLINE SELLER.
This year marks the 14th anniversary of the Hobonichi Techo Planner
The Hobonichi Techo Planner is the English version of the “Hobonichi Techo.” Launched in 2013 after two years of development under the creative direction of Sonya Park, director of Arts & Science, it has been embraced by English-speaking users worldwide. The design retains the essence of the original Japanese version, with a matte-textured cover featuring the kanji characters for Techo (meaning “planner” in Japanese) elegantly stamped in gold foil. Cherished around the world, it can be enjoyed in each user’s own way, regardless of nationality.

One page per day in a convenient Japanese paperback size / English translations of Hibi no Kotoba (Quote of the Day) / Printed on Tomoe River paper, ideal for planners / Sewn binding that allows the planner to open completely flat

A&S Store Limited Planner Cover
As in previous years, we’ve prepared a matching cover for the Hobonichi Techo Planner.
Crafted from Tuscan leather using traditional vacchetta tanning, enriched with tallow to help the leather retain its oils, resulting in durability and a rich, expressive texture.
The natural grain that develops during the tanning process is a distinctive feature.
Simple construction: curved slits at all four corners hold the planner in place and can also serve as pockets for notes or cards.
Customers who purchase a planner cover at one of our A&S stores can take advantage of our Personalization Service, where you can have your initials embossed or foil-stamped (additional fee applies). For more details, please contact our store staff.

Hobonichi Store Limited Planner Cover
Crafted from off-white Japanese cowhide finished in Tatsuno City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Chrome-tanned leather with shrink-pattern embossing, base-dyed with dyes and finished with pigments for a uniform, rich color that resists variation.
Available from Monday, September 1, 2025, at TOBICHI stores and the Hobonichi Store, both operated by Hobonichi
