New Items at A&S Kyoto
On Saturday, October 11, the space long cherished by the community as HIN Nijō-dōri Kyoto will reopen as ARTS&SCIENCE Kyoto. We will present an expanded women’s collection alongside a carefully curated selection of jewelry and other works by Japanese artisans. To celebrate the opening, we have prepared a range of special pieces.
For this occasion, we are presenting two special pieces: the Kimono Coat and the Balloon Kimono Coat. Inspired by the desire to create coats that suit both traditional Japanese and Western-style clothing, the Kimono Coat has a simple, button-free design, while the Balloon Kimono Coat features a soft, rounded silhouette. Both are made from double-faced fabric and are available in three materials.
We are also offering the Box Bag, designed to complement any outfit. It has a structured, box-shaped body made of cowhide, with soft horsehide around the opening, and closes with a drawstring like a pouch. It is available in two types of leather.
