Judy Geib Plus Alpha “Spring Geometry”
The American jewelry brand Judy Geib Plus Alpha explores intricate and delicate decorative expressions through free-flowing creativity and meticulous handcraftsmanship. Beginning Saturday, April 5, we will present the new collection, Spring Geometry, at ARTS&SCIENCE Aoyama.
The new collection, titled Spring Geometry, features a variety of jewelry crafted with opals, emeralds, agates, and more. We invite you to discover these beautiful pieces.
*We regret to inform you that designer Judy Geib will no longer be able to travel to Japan as originally planned to coincide with the launch of her new collection, and her in-store appearance has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. We sincerely apologize for the repeated changes and especially to those who had planned their visit around her appearance. (Updated April 15)
“Spring Geometry lives at the place where formality, solidity and strength intersect with the ephemeral, organic and hopeful. It is the place where grandiosity and endurance meet growth in all of its exuberant sprouting and blossoming. Spring Geometry is a subtle presence, yet persistent in its embodiment of life. Where rigidity meets organic, where boldness meets fragility, where mass production meets handmadeness.”

PROFILE
Hailing from Pennsylvania, USA, Judy Geib was introduced to the world of art at a young age, thanks to her father. Geib’s time in Brazil during high school exposed her to the local culture and the allure of gemstones. After completing university, she stumbled upon jewelry making and became enamored with it. Self-taught, Geib refined her skills and unveiled her debut collection of 12 pieces at Barney’s New York in 2002. Geib continues to craft new and unique pieces, sourcing stones from Brazil, Colombia, and beyond.
