Cautions

• Place your bid amount in 5,000 JPY intervals from the starting bid price and above.
• Bids placed under the starting bid price will be automatically canceled without a notice.
• For each item, only one bid may be placed per person. Please place your bid carefully.
• You may place a bid for multiple item. If you place a winning bid for multiple items, they shall all be purchased. You cannot choose out a selection out of the winning items. (For example, if you place 3 winning bids, all 3 items will be invoiced to you at your total bid price.)
• If we do not receive a reply from you by December 24th, JST after the winning bid announcement (by e-mail), your purchase will be canceled, and the item will be released to the second highest bidder.
• All auction items are one-of-a-kind and there are no replacements. Cancels are not accepted after bids are placed or won. We thank you for your understanding.
• We will carefully pack and insure the delivery, however we will not be responsible for any damages during the shipment. Since each artwork is a one-of-a-kind in any case of damages, substitutes are not available. We cannot replenish items for other products of equivalent value in any case.
• Winning bid items may be asked to be used in future exhibition at Arts & Science shops. In this case, we kindly ask you for your cooperation.
• For inquiries placed after your bid, please send an e-mail to auction@arts-science.com. For this auction, inquiries are not accepted at our shop locations.
