- The lead time will be 1 month or more until the delivery (depending on the order congestion).
- The engraving service is limited to one side - you may choose the side of your preference to engrave the letters.
- There is a template for the position where the engraving can be made. Please contact A&S Zaimokuza Kamakura for details.
- We cannot re-do the engraving in the same place or add an additional engraving to an already engraved key holder.
- The product has been aged to give it an antique look and the engraved areas will be inked. Please note that this process is done intentionally to allow the engraved area to blend in.
- This service is individually engraved by hand by our craftsmen. Due to the nature of the manual work, the letters may not be engraved perfectly in line. Please duly note this is the characteristic of this service before making your order.
