From Saturday, November 20, 2021, a new venue has opened, proposing “culinary” together as ‘MAISON with ARTS & SCIENCE.’ MAISON is a gastronomy restaurant in Paris owned and directed by Chef Sota Atsumi. At this ‘MAISON with ARTS & SCIENCE,’ the menu supervised by MAISON is developed with seasonal domestic Japanese ingredients directly selected by Chef Atsumi. Please refer to the dishes listed this page as an introduction. The menu supervised by MAISON always uses seasonal ingredients and will evolve as the seasons change. Fresh aromatic leaves and herbs are delivered for the salad from Yoshino Herb Farm in Chiba Prefecture, and the eggs are delivered from the cage-free chicken poultry farm in Saga Prefecture. Chef Ryoichi Matsumoto is a perfectionist in creating dishes that make the most of the flavors from these carefully selected domestic ingredients. Natural wines that accompany the dishes are available by the glass or by bottles. We hope you will enjoy the harmony of the wines and foods together.

For the desserts as well, the ingredients are selected by the season. You can enjoy baked sweets and desserts on a plate by pastry chef Miki Yokomakura at any time of day. Chestnut flour is used for our canelé, a staple pastry of the store, and it is made by the traditional method of applying beeswax into a copper mold and baking them one by one over time.

We also have a special selection of teas. Japanese tea brand “EN TEA” proposed 5 kinds of blended tea to share with our menu. We hope you enjoy these special teas blends designed to suit our dishes and desserts. Please ask us for our recommendations.
