Special Christmas Dinner Menu at DOWN THE STAIRS

On December 24 (Wed) and 25 (Thu), DOWN THE STAIRS in Aoyama will be offering a special à-la-carte Christmas menu.

 

Our chef has prepared a selection of dishes unique to this season, featuring delicacies such as snow crab with roe, Sakura shrimp from Suruga Bay, and slow-braised Wagyu shank with red wine and tomato, served alongside fresh Kamakura vegetables and natural wine.

 

Freshly baked bread will also be offered: brioche on the first day and house-made sourdough campagne on the second. We invite you to join us on the day that best suits your preference.

 

A limited number of Christmas cakes will also be available.

  • Snow crab with roe
  • Suruga Bay Sakura shrimp bruschetta
  • Fresh fish carpaccio
  • Roasted Ayame-yuki turnips with salted yuzu
  • Braised fennel with yogurt sauce
  • Celeriac and carrot potage
  • Crispy cod shirako with arrabbiata sauce
  • Ezo venison ragù with pici
  • Fettuccine with chrysanthemum greens and oysters
  • Seared Spanish mackerel with kale sauce
  • Wagyu shank braised with red wine and tomato

*A bread service fee of 500 JPY per person will be applied.
*For guests wishing to enjoy a course menu, we offer an omakase course at 10,000 JPY per person (excluding tax). Reservations are required.
