This current series is made of milky white glass. Please enjoy the difference in appearance due to the color. Kozumi\u2019s new Penny Lick glass will also be presented for the first time, which was a special request for a new shape made by Arts &amp; Science. In addition, we will also have a collection of Kozumi\u2019s standard collection of light-green glass pieces. Not only the taste but it\u2019s appearance, the endless mass of deep, dusty color behind the glossy surface, that can look like a kind of \u201cglaze.\u201d The jade that I melted is actually more like uiro (sweet rice jelly) than yokan. It is said that the ancient emperors named uiro as \u2018Touchinkou\u2019 a name that has a beautiful sound. When I am melting the glass of jade, I often think of this drifting sound.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Would you ever so be interested in a glass uiro? A graduate of Toyama City Institute of Glass Art, he began his work in Asahimachi, Toyama. Kozumi is currently based in Gifu, where he presents his work through his independent gallery. His nostalgic, pale green glasses, which are much thinner than they appear, have a serene sophistication that is a perfect match for Japanese food.
