Hisae Higuchi is a bookbinding artist who inherits the craft of artisanal binding called reliure. Following her AT THE CORNER solo-exhibition which took place last December in Tokyo, we bring you a new exhibition titled “BUREAU / 書斎“ at HIN Arts & Science Nijodori Kyoto.

The new exhibition will feature her works starting from Japanese paperback sized agendas and leather-bound notebooks in various sizes. Semi-custom order will also be available in a limited quantity. While we wait for the launch of the exhibition, please come and visit our stores for our selection of stationary, writing tool and agenda to accompany your daily lives.

The artist is scheduled to be present at the venue on Sunday, April 28th & Monday, 29th.
